What’s the craziest thing you’ve done in the name of love? 

I know this girl from California and we were sort of talking; one of those weird long distance wannabe things. She wanted me to fly down to see her so we could hang out and show me around. So, I get down there and I try to find a time we could see each other. Long story short, she blew me off because of some new guy she was talking to. Overall, I’d say it was a solid trip to Cali.

I was called Miley Silas and twinkle toes for a little while.

What makes you qualified to be homecoming royalty? 

I have no idea. I didn’t even know I was a nominee until the day after the assembly, but I’d probably say because I am popular, funny and hot.

I see myself in five years with millions of dollars and a supermodel wife.

My nickname was Monkey Maddie, when I was in first grade doing gymnastics.

If you won Homecoming Royalty what would you do with your power? 

Hmm, if the admin would okay it, I would like to put a few words in during the game about the current state of the environment. Just because it’s snowing in September doesn’t mean the coral reefs are going to be saved from extinction.

I’d bring back parking lot loitering.

I played the hardest slapper of a saxophone ballad in Seattle and won best soloist award, all just because I can (in the name of love, of course).

If you were ruler of your own country what would be the first law you would introduce? 

I would introduce a skiing break plus Christmas break, because skiing is an important life lesson.

I see myself flying my car to the store to get my 18th pair of AirPods.

In five years, I see myself going to college, owning a yellow lab named Onion, being in debt and contemplating rather or not it was worth it. It probably will be, if not,  catch me on the flip side homie.

If I win Homecoming royalty, I will use the power to spread the idea of self-love and positivity. Often times other girls look up to the Homecoming Royalty winners and I think it would be an opportunity to show other girls to be confident and content with who they are.
