Dolphin Tale 2

Sept. 12 – Rated PG

The sequel to Dolphin Tale should hit the theaters with a splash. The team that came together to save the dolphin, Winter, reunites to find Winter a companion to live with. Without seeing the first movie, the sequal looks like an hour and a half of inspirition and an overall uplifting tale. And really, who can resist those cute dolphins?

This Is Where I Leave You

Sept. 19 – Rated R

It’s a Jason Bateman and Tina Fey movie, you can’t go wrong. After his father dies, Bateman’s character, Judd, and his three siblings are grounded for a week to the house they grew up in. This comedy, underneath all of the laughs, highlights the unpredictable aspects of life and accepting the changes that inevitably come.

The Maze Runner

Sept. 19 – Rated PG-13

Based on the trailer alone, this movie looks intense. Dylan O’ Brien, yet another reason to see this movie, wakes up not knowing who he is, trapped near a terrifying maze. O’Brien’s character, Thomas, tries to outsmart the maze in a movie looks like a thrill ride of twists and turns at every corner, literally.
