DEAR STRESSED AND STRUGGLING
Mediocre advice with Hannah and Cienna
Dear Hannah and Cienna,
Lately I have been very stressed about school, and my grades are suffering. How can I manage my stress and my classes?
Sincerely,
Stressed and Struggling
Dear Stressed and Struggling,
This is something that we know a lot about! There are a few things that you should try to manage your stress. First of all, you should get organized- make a list of the things you need to get done and check them all off. Make sure you don’t procrastinate because this will lead to more stress, but also don’t spend too much time studying of doing homework. You need to take some breaks so that you won’t feel overwhelmed. We would suggest working for about an hour and then going for a run or grabbing a snack as a break. When you have finished all your work, reward yourself by planning a fun adventure with friends. Remember that school is important but so is your mental health, so find a balance between academics and extracurriculars.
XOXO,
