After a long wait since the Eagles’ iconic victory last year, football has finally begun, and fans are eager to see how the 2018 season plays out.

Every year, the start of the season also signifies the beginning of a major competition between fans — fantasy football. Fantasy football plays a big role in the NFL frenzy, with 59.3 million fans participating from the United States and Canada.

During Week 1, Ryan Fitzpatrick finished the week as fantasy’s top scoring player.

As week 2 begins, Drew Brees will be a major component as the returning leader in passes completed and is projected to have a huge game against the weak Cleveland secondary.

Some potential targets on your waiver wire should be T.J. Yeldon, Phillip Dorsett, and Tyler Lockett. Yeldon and Lockett are both being put in the spotlight as teammates’ injuries have given them spots at starting running back and wide receiver.

Dorsett led the Patriots last week in targets and any player who is targeted that frequently by Tom Brady deserves a spot on someone’s fantasy roster.
