Nates Picks – Week 7
This is just for conversation sake 10/14/21 NFL Week 7
Winner of the week:
For winner of the week give me the Kansas City Chiefs. Man the Chiefs as winner of the week for two weeks in a row. The Chiefs defense is finding its groove after an impressive performance against Washington . Quite frankly I believe Derrick Henry can’t carry the Titans to a win, even though the Chiefs defense struggles against the run. I don’t think the Titans defense can keep up with the Chiefs speedy offense. I’d watch for the dynamic trio in Mahomes, Kelce, and Hill to have a day.
Loser of the week:
For loser of the week give me the Detroit Lions. The Lions are traveling to LA to play the Los Angeles Rams. This is going to be a one sided affair. The Rams are sixth in points per game while the Lions are 27th. And the Lions defense allows 28.6 points per game and the Rams defense allows 21.1 points per game.
Upset of the week:
For upset of the week give me the Cincinnati Bengals. With a win against the Baltimore Ravens Joe Burrow will do the impossible and put the Bengals at first in the division for the first time since 2015. I personally think that the ravens corners won’t be able to keep up with Ja’marr Chase’s speed and Burrow’s arm strength. And if the Begnals defense keeps Lamar Jackson under control in the run and pass game the Begnals will do fine.
