The new color coded student parking arrangements are officially in place with the start of the new school year.

With the year fresh upon the students, many are asking questions like, “What will happen if I have late arrival?” and “What if people are aggressively protecting ‘their’ spot?”

The new parking system is aimed at packing as many students in the main lot as possible to save time and fill spots that are usually vacant due to absences. With the purchase of a gold pass, students are almost guaranteed a parking spot, due to access to all three parking lots (given time).

So at the very least, be smart with your time and keep an open mind to the bustle and you’ll see yourself loving, (well, enjoying) the new system.
