Ingredients
- 12 oz Ground Pork Sausage
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 package Gravy Mix (I recommend McCormick or Pioneer brand)
- 6 slices Bread
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325℉.
- Cook the Ground Pork Sausage in a skillet on medium heat until brown, strain out excess grease.
- Pour the cooked sausage into a 11” x 7” glass baking dish, sprinkle Cheese on top.
- Beat together the Eggs, Water, Gravy Mix, and Milk in a medium bowl, Pour into the baking dish.
- Cut the Bread into 1” cubes and place on top of the egg mixture. Drizzle melted Butter on top of the bread. Add any desired seasonings (I recommend paprika, salt, and pepper)
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
